Quality Checking (QC) is the most critical step in the Sugargoo buying process. Without proper QC, you risk receiving items with flaws, wrong sizes, or incorrect colors. This guide walks you through every step of professional QC on Sugargoo.
When your items arrive at the Sugargoo warehouse, request detailed QC photos. Ask for at least 8 angles: front, back, sides, top, bottom, logo close-up, tag close-up, and material texture. More photos mean fewer surprises.
For shoes, inspect the toe box shape, heel cup alignment, stitching consistency, and sole texture. For clothing, check measurements against the size chart, print alignment, embroidery density, and fabric weight. Compare with retail reference photos when possible.
Use the Sugargoo Spreadsheet community to cross-check your QC photos. Post them in review threads or compare with existing entries. Experienced buyers often spot flaws that beginners miss, such as slightly off-color midsoles or crooked embroidery.
